Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we will do our best to make it right. Please read our refund policy below or contact us directly on WhatsApp for quick resolution.
1. Product Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return: • Contact us on WhatsApp (+91 99066 69918) or email within 7 days of receiving your order • Provide your order ID and reason for return • We will arrange collection or advise you to drop off the item at our store in Fatehgarh, Baramulla
2. Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost. Please: • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product • Share photos of the defect/damage on WhatsApp • We will arrange a replacement or full refund within 3–5 business days
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed as follows: • Online payments (Razorpay): Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI within 3–5 business days • You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: • Products that have been installed, used or tampered with • Custom-cut wires or cables • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse • Products returned after 7 days of delivery • Items without original packaging or accessories
5. Service Bookings & Site Visits
Site visits and consultations are free of charge and can be cancelled at any time by contacting us. For paid service projects: • If we have not started work: Full refund of any advance paid • If work has started: Refund of advance minus cost of work completed • Materials purchased specifically for your project cannot be refunded All service terms are detailed in the written contract provided before work begins.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible but you may return the item upon delivery as per our return policy. To cancel an order, contact us immediately on WhatsApp (+91 99066 69918) with your order ID.
