Tayyab Construction & Interiors is based in Fatehgarh, Baramulla, J&K. We started in 2013 as a small electrical shop with big dreams — to give the people of Baramulla access to genuine, quality electrical products and honest installation services.
Led by Sheikh Haroon — a hands-on electrician turned entrepreneur with 12+ years of North Kashmir experience.
Over 12 years, we earned the trust of over 1,000+ customers across Baramulla district. We became an authorised dealer for top brands like Polycab, Hikvision, Schneider and Legrand.
In 2026, we took a big step — we launched full construction services. Now we handle everything: civil work, carpentry, tiles, PVC, interior design and complete house construction. Our goal is simple — you should only need to call one contractor to build your entire home.

How We Grew
Starting as an Electrician
Sheikh Haroon begins his career as a field electrician in Baramulla district — wiring homes, offices and shops across North Kashmir.
First Shop — Sheikh Razak Electronics
Opened first physical store in Fatehgarh, Baramulla. Started with fridges, washing machines, mobile accessories and general electrical items.
Tayyab Electric Studio
Rebranded under ARS Trading Corporation. Shifted focus to professional electrical materials — Polycab wires, Hikvision CCTV, Schneider MCBs, inverters, LED lighting, switches and fans. Became authorised dealer for 9 top brands.
Tayyab Construction & Interiors
Launched full construction services — carpentry, masonry, shuttering, tiles, interior design and complete house construction. Now one call handles everything.
